Wondering where to park?

As Ludlow Castle is in the Centre of town, parking within the Centre is not advisable due to the heavy amounts of traffic and pedestrians whilst the Festival is open. Follow our simple guide for the best places to park. 

Park & Ride

Saturday:  there is the usual town service from the Eco Park, plus the Festival will be putting on an extra coach to run all day and into the evening –  last pick up at 9pm

DROP    OFF   POINT - Upper Galdeford, near the old Co-op site               

PICK    UP   POINT - Upper Galdeford, near the old Co-op site (last departure 9pm)   

Sunday: this service will operate on a 15-minute frequency with the first departure from the Eco Park at 9.20am and the last departure from Castle Street at 5pm.

DROP    OFF    POINT – Castle Street – Assembly Rooms, by the market

PICK    UP    POINT - Castle Street – Assembly Rooms, by the market (last departure 5pm)

The Eco-Park postcode is SY8 1FD.

Park and ride parking is free, but there’s a charge for the bus:

Saturday:

£1.80 adult return

£1.30 child return

£5 family return – adult and up to 3 children

£1.60 concession return 

Sunday: 

£1.50 adult return

£1 child return

Park & Walk

Both Ludlow Cricket Club and Ludlow Rugby Club organise their own independent park and walk parking for the Festival. Please visit their websites for further information for directions and charges. These Park and Walks will also be sign posted when you arrive in Ludlow.
