Seriously Spotlight: Adele Nozedar

Adele is a Forager, Food Writer and author of several books including two about foraging: 'The Hedgerow Handbook' and 'The Garden Forager,' books rendered particularly beautiful by the exquisite illustrations of Lizzie Harper.
After a long career in the music industry, which included building and running a successful recording studio in The Brecon Beacons as well as running her own Rhythm King label, Adele now runs 'Brecon Beacons Foraging,' Wales' only dedicated foraging centre.
Adele is currently writing a new book, 'Wild and Free - Foraging for Kids and Grown Ups' which will be published in 2018.
