Flower & White are the award winning innovators behind a range of gourmet sweet treats - Merangz, Muffinz, Tweeners and Custardz. Now a nationally recognised brand, the company started off from humble roots. Originally known as The Little Round Cake Company Ltd, Flower & White began life on a stand at a local market selling ‘Tweeners’. A loyal fan base with an appetite for more, led to Merangz - the ultimate in luxury meringues - followed by Custardz and gluten free Muffinz. They haven't looked back since re-branding as Flower & White in 2015, creating inspiring desserts for both retail and foodservice - the perfect indulgence.

They are slow baked to a traditional Swiss recipe to give a light meringue, bursting with natural flavours. Delicious Pavs, produced specially for hospitality, are perfect for creating simple desserts with masses of plate appeal. Ready to use hand separated free range liquid egg yolks which are perfect for chefs and caterers. Flower & White use Freedom Foods accredited quality local free range eggs, sourced from the heart of rural Shropshire - where hens roam in vast grassy fields day in, day out. The liquid egg yolks are perfect as an ingredient in so many different ways. From curds, brulées and custards to ice creams, sauces and fresh pasta.
