Three Counties Perry - This Slow Food Presidium is a project that aims to create a long-term future for this superb but little-known traditional English drink.

Cittaslow - Out of Slow Food grew the Cittaslow project. The movement has expanded to 100 towns and 10 countries all over the world since 1999. The common goal is to have mutual experiences focusing on gourmet food, incoming, services qualities and on the environment. Ludlow became the first Cittaslow in Britain in 2004, followed by Aylsham (Norfolk).
