Held every year in Ludlow, the small town with the large reputation for good food and drink - this year's Festival features more than 130 top quality small independent food and drink producers from the Marches, the England-Wales border country. Plus, there are some great demonstrations, talks and trails. Sample and vote for your favourite sausage or bread or ale, watch or take part in our new and enlarged Waiters' Race, engage in some serious pudding tasting, and taste some wonderful food that you didn't even know existed. NEW THIS YEAR - visit the Corve Street Fringe! Whether you are a serious foodie or someone who just appreciates good food and drink, there's more than enough at our festival to ensure that you, and your friends and family, will have a great time. There's a wonderful festival atmosphere - and you'll certainly be able to taste the difference. Serious about food? Why not come on Friday, when it is quieter! And cheaper!
