Visit the Slow Food marquee inside the castle, in the garden area.

It contains stands about Slow Food, Cittàslow, and the Ark of Taste and Presidia projects which feature traditional food and drink that is in danger of disappearing from today's increasingly globalised food scene, including our local Three Counties Perry Presidium - whose producers will be present with tastings and a wide range of perries for sale.

A section of the marquee will be devoted to TASTE WORKSHOPS where producers and other experts guide you through the tasting of some seriously good food and drink. Tastings are generous in size, and you will find it hard to find such expert knowledge anywhere else. Workshops duration: around 45-50 minutes.
