SHORT DEDICATION AND BLESSING
9.45am, Castle Square
with The Venerable Colin Williams, Church of England Team Rector.

PRODUCERS' MARKET
10am - 4pm, Castle Square, free entry
In the market square we will have another 50 food and drink producers representing the best in locally sourced food and drink AS WELL as over 140 in the castle.

REAL ALE TRAIL
Saturday and Sunday, during pub opening times (trail finishes 4pm Sunday). Entry form £6.50.

FRESH HERB MARKET
10am - 4pm in the Buttercross. Free entry. Award-winning locally produced herbs from The Cottage Herbery, Boraston (01584 781575)

LUDLOW COUNTRY MARKET
Women's Centre off Quality Square.
Saturday and Sunday 10am - 3pm

PUDDING TASTING
2pm -5pm Sunday, Ludlow Methodist Church, Broad Street, also Saturday 2 - 5pm.
Over 300 puddings to try, £2 to taste any four!

THE CHOCOLATE GOURMET
Castle Square, Sunday 12 - 4pm, also Saturday. See Saturday events for full details.

KIDS COOKING
In the Castle Street car park located just outside the castle.
Local to Ludlow's Easy Peasy mobile cookery classes offer exciting one hour sessions teaching cookery from scratch with tasty, local and seasonal ingredients. There are only 12 spaces per session so please book when you arrive to ensure you get in.

A TASTE OF ITALY
(also on Friday and Saturday) - in the garden area. Ludlow's Twin Town San Pietro in Cariano bring their Valpolicella and speciality wines, plus cheeses from their region to the Ludlow Food Festival.

AWARDS AND PRIZES
2.30 pm, Outer Bailey - Graeme Kidd Stage
Prize winners will be announced and awards made to the winners of the Festival Trails and Competitions.

PANIC CIRCUS

10 am - 5 pm Circus Skills, Garden Area
Entertainment in the Big Top for all ages. Try your hand at circus skills.

PIZZA COOKING

10 am - 5 pm Inner Bailey
Making pizzas and cooking them in a wood-fires, open oven, Inner Bailey.

MICHELIN STARRED 'POP UP' RESTAURANT

For the 2011 Festival we are pleased to welcome back Shaun Hill,

Claude Bosi and Glynn Purnell who will be cooking throughout the weekend.

On Sunday the restaurant will be open for two sittings:

12 noon - 2.15 pm and 2.45 pm - 5 pm

APPLE PRESSING
10 am - 5 pm Ralphs Cider, Garden Area
Cider press demonstrations by Ralphs Ciders.

Prices are the same each day - but concessions and group prices only available on Friday.
